Customer Accounts
Adding a new customer is simple, create a list of contacts with email addresses, specify delivery days, trading terms & the customers standard specification.
Specify an email address to enable Order Acknowledgements to be sent out electronically.
Customer Account Details
Conversations
Make an electronic note against the customer account of the conversations had with the customer.
Record changes to the account.
Conversations at Job Level
Every time a job is put on hold, an acknowledgement is sent or any kind of event happens with a job CAPSS will record it against the job.
Conversations at Customer Level
Conversation History
Below is a conversation history showing a complaint received from a customer. Note that the send button allows a copy of the conversation to be sent electronically to a customer.
The system has also generated conversations relating to actions taken by user.
